Reconciliatory and Sacred Arts Curation

The arts bear the stories of our human condition across cultures and through time. Are you interested in art, culture and architecture that has linked Italy and China and Korea? These are topics of my lectures and research in theological aesthetics.

I promote art exhibitions and musical events with the aim of honouring our fragility, understanding and reconciling relationships, and enabling story through the arts, with particular attention to sacred arts

In times of crisis and conflict, I provide inspiration and support for creative individuals based on their life experiences and aspirations through the CO-RESIDENCY program.

My work includes:
Curation of Art exhibitions and Music Events
Individual coaching for artists, writers and musicians
Research and writing for exhibitions
Lecturing in Spirituality; History of Art; Culture and Ideas

Exhibition: Chaekgeori - The Curious Art of memory

In 1651 the Jesuit Scholar Athanasius Kircher put on display his collection of curiosities - artifacts, ancient coins, sculptures, instruments and specimens as well as books, at the Collegio Romano which later became the Gregorian University. It was such a grand panoply, artists began to create renderings of the display itself, attesting to the breadth and depth of the travels and mission work of the early Jesuits. It was the inspiration for tremendous giving and sharing of wealth as well as ideas and inspiration.

You Can’t Take it With You! focuses on the collected memories and experiences we hold in the treasury of our interiority.  We offer time for reflection, over what we ourselves collect in objects and memories, creativity and also consideration for we must sometimes leave behind in our life’s journey.
